Concentration in Children, Families, and Cultures (CFC)

The Children, Families, and Cultures (CFC) concentration at CUA is committed to preparing students to meaningfully contribute to the welfare of children and families within our multicultural society. Our mission is to assist students in becoming well informed about the developmental and sociocultural issues impacting children and families today and to translate this knowledge into useful clinical applications, research, and policy. The CFC faculty is committed to progressing towards these goals by providing quality training, coursework, research and mentorship. The CFC concentration is an interdisciplinary course of study, with faculty and students from the Clinical Psychology and Human Development programs contributing.
